Practice Feeling Vague Sexual Energy

Before we begin to associate our undefined, or vague sexual energy with our interactions with others, we've got to practice feeling our raw sexual energy by itself, without needing to even think about satisfying the desire. The third level meditation can be very helpful to acquire this ability. Recall this was when we did the inner feeling mediation, and kept switching back and forth between appreciation for our feelings, and an appreciation for our raw sexual power. Consider doing this exercise until you can do this when you are around others. At first, practice when you are alone, and at home, with your eyes closed. Once it becomes more comfortable and automatic. Begin doing it kind of out in public. For example, sitting in your car at a traffic light, or riding on the bus. Any time you are around others, but don't need to communicate with others directly. Do this your eyes open. Feel your feelings, and feel them as pure energy. Appreciate your feelings as pure energy. Feel your sexual energy, and feel it as pure energy, and feel appreciation for it as pure energy. Notice yourself as the "I" inside, doing the appreciation. Appreciate yourself as an energy being, both from non-sexual emotional or kinesthetic feeling energy, and then from the standpoint of pure, undefined sexual-desire energy. Feel this sexual desire as pure energy, without associating it with any image or imagination or person. Feel and appreciate this raw sexual energy as the driving force of creating, both from a biological sense, going all the way back to the very first DNA that replicated itself through the mystery of sexual reproduction. Feel it from a spiritual sense, as the connecting desire of all people, going all the way back to when the universe was pure energy, that transformed itself from pure creative energy into matter-energy combinations that eventually become the "I" inside capable of contemplating all this.
